Our work

We don’t just advise; We build alongside you.

01.
World Wildlife Fund (WWF) | Bolivia & Myanmar

Political Economy Analysis  Mentorship Program

Status: Ongoing
MarketEdge is mentoring WWF teams to apply political economy analysis in conservation settings.
Through a hands-on learning model, we help staff uncover system dynamics, shift power, and identify partnership pathways. This engagement combines all three of our offerings: strengthening staff capability, surfacing system insights, and enabling shared value partnerships that drive durable environmental impact.

04.
USAID

Co-Creation and Co-Design  Program

Years: 2024–2025
MarketEdge led the design of USAID’s co-creation training system, using three pillars of inductive learning: self-led discovery, classroom instruction, and on-the-job support. We applied experiential learning theory to create scalable modules, toolkits, and facilitation guides that help teams lead inclusive and adaptive design processes.

07.
Palladium

Professional Development in Private Sector Engagement

Year: 2024
Under USAID’s PSECC program, MarketEdge delivered in-person and virtual trainings to help development teams lead cross-sector partnerships. Sessions focused on outcome-based contracting, shared value models, and co-creation with private sector actors. This work reflects our core value: building the tools, confidence, and mindset to lead with clarity in complex partnership environments

02.
EnCompass, USAID/Bangladesh

Private Sector Landscape Assessment

Year: 2024
MarketEdge partnered with EnCompass to map how private sector investment can support climate resilience, conservation, and inclusive growth in Bangladesh. We used our PartnerAI platform to analyze 93 stakeholder interviews and identify 22 partnership models across sustainable health, finance, and livelihoods. PartnerAI accelerated the synthesis, but expert judgment shaped the insights. The result was a clear, field-ready strategy for aligning ESG capital with development goals.

05.
Cadmus, Open Innovation

Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) Connect: India

Year: 2024
MarketEdge designed and facilitated a multi-stakeholder event in India to connect social enterprises, funders, and public sector actors around scalable solutions. We used structured formats like gallery walks and breakout exchanges to foster real-time collaboration. This reflects our approach to convening: align incentives, build trust, and turn collaboration into lasting partnerships

08.
Jefferson Solutions

Global Solutions Challenge – Inclusive Innovation Design

Years: 2024–2025
MarketEdge designed the Global Solutions Challenge to surface ideas from Minority-Serving Institutions, faith-based nonprofits, and underrepresented businesses. We led the challenge design, from outreach strategy to selection tools. The process was built for inclusion, using plain language and transparent support to bring new voices into global development.

03.
Cadmus, Digital Forward Program

AI Training & Cybersecurity

Years: 2024–2025
MarketEdge helped redesign USAID’s digital training programs for teams in Asia and the Balkans. Using PartnerAI, we developed stakeholder personas that simulated actors such as policymakers, entrepreneurs, and service providers. These tools powered scenario-based learning and helped staff build confidence in high-stakes decision-making. Our approach ensured that technology supported learning rather than leading it.

06.
Institute of Peruvian Studies (IEP)

Applied Political Economy Analysis

Year: 2024
MarketEdge supported the inception of a governance and service delivery initiative in Peru. We led the political economy analysis, stakeholder mapping, and private sector landscape tools that shaped the project design. Our methods blended systems thinking with local insight to help actors identify leverage points and build more responsive institutions.
