FCDO COAST Program | DAI
Indonesia Government Roadmap for Marine Aquaculture
Year: 2025 - Ongoing
Engaging government, industry, and coastal communities to co-create an Indonesian government roadmap for marine aquaculture aligned with the interests and priorities of coastal stakeholders and communities. This assignment combines international benchmarking, policy research, and extensive field engagement so that the roadmap is both evidence-based and locally owned. MarketEdge is leading an inclusive process that integrates surveys, focus groups, and in-person workshops across Indonesia’s coastal provinces, along with pause-and-reflection sessions that bring together government, industry, and community stakeholders.
EnCompass, USAID/Bangladesh
Private Sector Landscape Assessment
Year: 2024
Assisted EnCompass to map how private sector investment can support climate resilience, conservation, and inclusive growth in Bangladesh. We used our PartnerAI platform to analyze 93 stakeholder interviews and identify 22 partnership models across sustainable health, finance, and livelihoods. PartnerAI accelerated the synthesis, but expert judgment shaped the insights. The result was a clear, field-ready strategy for aligning ESG capital with development goals.
EnCompass, Open Innovation
Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) Connect: India
Year: 2024
Designed and facilitated a multi-stakeholder event in India to connect social enterprises, funders, and public sector actors around scalable solutions. We used structured formats like gallery walks and breakout exchanges to foster real-time collaboration. This reflects our approach to convening: align incentives, build trust, and turn collaboration into lasting partnerships

Years: 2024–2025
MarketEdge designed the Global Solutions Innovation Challenge to surface ideas from Minority-Serving Institutions, faith-based nonprofits, and underrepresented businesses. World Wildlife Fund (WWF) | Bolivia & Myanmar
Political Economy Analysis for Conservation Impact Mentorship Program
Status: 2025 - Ongoing

Through a hands-on learning model, we help staff uncover system dynamics, shift power, and identify partnership pathways. This engagement combines all three of our offerings: strengthening staff capability, surfacing system insights, and enabling shared value partnerships to drive sustained and inclusive conservation impact. This includes our AI stakeholder personas to help teams consider and plan around the diverse perspectives of actors in an ecosystem.
US Embassy Nepal
Nepal-US Startup Weekend Innovation Challenge

Assisting Nepal’s One to Watch in delivering the Nepal-U.S. Startup Weekend Challenge, a national accelerator-style initiative funded by the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu. Cadmus, Digital Forward Program
AI Training & Cybersecurity
Years: 2024–2025
Redesigned USAID’s digital training programs for teams in Asia and the Balkans. Using PartnerAI, we developed stakeholder personas that simulated actors such as policymakers, entrepreneurs, and service providers. These tools powered scenario-based learning and helped staff build confidence in high-stakes decision-making. Our approach ensured that technology supported learning rather than leading it.
Institute of Peruvian Studies (IEP)
Applied Political Economy Analysis
Year: 2024
Supported the inception of a governance and service delivery initiative in Peru. We led the political economy analysis, stakeholder mapping, and private sector landscape tools that shaped the project design. Identifying, strengthening, and elevating grassroots leadership across ASEAN’s coastal communities. This includes helping local change-makers to participate in the 2026 Our Ocean Conference in Kenya to influence global ocean governance, shape climate action, and advance South-South collaboration on issues that matter to coastal communities.
This involves applying MarketEdge’s proven tools, facilitation methods, and field experience to strengthen their long-term capacity for influence and sustainability. This effort builds on MarketEdge’s in-country teams across ASEAN and East Africa, trusted relationships with fisher groups and Indigenous organizations, and established methods in political economy analysis and inclusive governance
Confidential
Co-Investment and Blended Finance Advisory Services
Years: 2025-Ongoing
Assisting a confidential client to develop business models and ROI plans for a potato farm in North Africa and a cacao agribusiness in Central America. Using farm-level data, market intelligence, and anticipated concessional loans linked to priorities under a UN COP summit, we are structuring co-investments with impact investors and market buyers.
USAID
Co-Creation and Co-Design Program
Years: 2024–2025
MarketEdge led the design of USAID’s co-creation training system, using three pillars of inductive learning: self-led discovery, classroom instruction, and on-the-job support. We applied experiential learning theory to create scalable modules, toolkits, and facilitation guides that help teams lead inclusive and adaptive design processes.
