Our team, a blend of leading industry managers and innovators, optimizes our clients' resources by utilizing our in-house tools and expertise, developed through extensive experience in assisting USAID, international implementing partners, corporations, and local stakeholders.

We are experienced and practical leaders in private sector engagement (PSE), market systems development (MSD), Localization and Open Innovation solutions to achieve locally-driven, collaborative and sustainable impact. We offer a wide range of full-service program cycle support, including landscape, market, and localization assessments; program design and implementation strategies; training, facilitation and partnership building, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services.

David Quinn

Founder

David Quinn is a seasoned PSE, Policy Reform and MEL Expert; Localization Advocate; and Business Development Adviser. He has a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively within diverse multi- disciplinary teams and has managed over $40 million in contracts, as well as over 400 technical experts across in 50+ countries. Beyond his management skills, he also brings considerable technical expertise in local capacity strengthening, economic analysis, economic growth, institutional strengthening, public private partnerships, and policy and enabling environment reform.

Nik Eichman

Founder

Nikolaus Eichman has over 15 years of experience developing and managing economic growth programs and implementation of key strategies and approaches, such as PSE, MSD and Localization. With experience working in over 30 countries, for both development and private sector clients, Nikolaus has a proven track record as a successful team lead for a range of critical tasks, including technical design for business development, activity start-up and implementation, conducting assessments and evaluations, and developing multi-stakeholder partnerships to scale positive impact.

Ben Amick

Founder

Ben Amick brings over 15 years of experience in sustainable development, with a proven track record in over 40 countries. He excels in addressing complex business and development challenges, adopting a comprehensive ecosystem approach to craft lasting solutions for both government and commercial clients. Ben assists clients in mapping the development landscape to identify service improvement opportunities, builds relationships with diverse partners around shared value opportunities, and propels solutions that are effective in local markets and sustainable in diverse environments.

Senior Partnership Adviser

Sarah Smiley is a strategic communications and partnership engagement expert with over 20 years of experience in policy development, government affairs and international trade in over 30 countries. With experience working in both the U.S. Government and in the private sector, she brings a proven record of building strategic plans to create successful and sustainable working relationships among public-private partnerships and multi-stakeholder groups, including multilateral governmental organizations, to address complex policy and organizational issues, create engagement plans, and discover avenues for sustainable and successful partnerships.

Program Coordinator, Asia

Pincha Chipibhop is a highly adaptable and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in logistics coordination, administrative support and operations within nonprofit organizations and government-funded projects. From coordinating student mobility programs to organizing large scale regional conferences, she excels in intercultural communication and collaboration, essential traits for navigating diverse project teams and stakeholders.
